Appointment Policy
Appointment times are estimates and will vary based on traffic conditions, weather, and earlier appointment changes. Our arrival window is 30-45 minutes of the “scheduled” appointment time. We will make every attempt to stay on time and will keep you updated if a schedule delay or change is needed.
Due to the nature of mobile veterinary care, occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the van or your home.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. We recommend placing cats in a bathroom or small room several hours before our arrival window.
Time spent finding or catching your pet will be deducted from available appointment time and may lead to rescheduling and deposit forfeiture.
Patient and Staff Safety Policy
Veterinary visits can be stressful even when performed in the home environment. It is sometimes necessary for materials to be used to ensure safety of the patients, owners, and vet staff.
In some cases, muzzles, leashes, anxiety medications, sedation, and/or other safety measures may be needed to complete examination/treatment and failure to comply may result in rescheduled or cancelled appointments and forfeiture of deposit.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Any deposit made will be used for services rendered or products sold. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks.
Proposed fees and charges will be discussed before completion and estimate signed. Please feel free to discuss fees or cost concerns before procedures are performed.
